Abdul-Mahdi receives "big and very serious" corruption cases about state property
Majda al-Tamimi, a member of the Saraoun bloc, said on Sunday that she handed Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi corruption files which she described as "big and very dangerous" on state real estate.
Tamimi said in a statement received by the agency (Euphrates News) a copy of it "visited today the office of the Prime Minister and met with Abdul Mahdi" in the presence of Mr. Chairman of the Commission on Integrity and the Office of Financial Supervision Agency.
The statement pointed out that "the delivery of large files of corruption and very serious about the real estate of the State, as it shed light on the reality of state real estate and the size of corruption in this file, as well as the size of corruption in the real estate registration departments."
Al-Tamimi delivered, according to the statement, Abdul-Mahdi, "a book through which she called for the formation of a committee to follow up this file with emphasis on speeding up its formation to begin in the implementation of the tasks referred to."
At the end of the meeting, Al-Tamimi thanked the Prime Minister for his interaction and the positive attitude he had dealt with.
The media office said that "Al-Tamimi promised and fulfilled its promise always and this is the first arrow launched towards the corrupt and arrows will come in succession."
