Parliamentary Finance excludes presenting the budget law during tomorrow's session: Negotiations are continuing

On Wednesday, the Parliamentary Finance Committee ruled out putting the draft budget to a vote during tomorrow's session, indicating that negotiations are continuing with Erbil on determining the percentage.

Committee member Jamal Cougar said in a statement to / information / that "the Kurdistan region is awaiting the approval of the political forces in Baghdad regarding the passage of the budget, and he will not visit Baghdad before the agreement."

He added that "there are no directions until the time to include the budget during tomorrow's session, and the amendment of the Federal Court law will be passed according to the schedule."

Cougar explained that "the Parliamentary Finance Committee completed all the amendments to the budget a month ago and is ready to vote, but the Council's preoccupation in the Federal Court deferred it, as well as the failure to reach a final agreement between Erbil and Baghdad." Ended / 25 D.
