Minister for Foreign Affairs of Kuwait denies compensation converter Iraqi invasion of investments

The head of the mission, Martin Kobler in a press release on Monday, said that Kuwait has agreed to convert a large part of the compensation to investment in Basra, and a number of other provinces.
