Confirmed the parliamentary Finance Committee not to adoption of the final accounts received from the Office of Financial Supervision recently, indicating it is awaiting receipt of an official by the government.

The committee member said Najiba Najib told (UR) "BSA Committee recognized the final accounts for the financial past Moisat", noting that "any discussion by the committee would not be on the final accounts unless inevitably formally from the government."

Najib added that "the decision to proceed to discuss the federal budget in the House of Representatives without the arrival of the final accounts will be determined by the Presidency of the Council of Representatives on the grounds that the Constitution provides for the submission of final accounts attached with the federal budget."

The Council of Ministers decided on 23 October 2012, approved a draft law the federal budget for 2013 of $ (138) trillion dinars, an increase of 18% from last year.

The total revenue (119.3) trillion dinars were the result of calculating the revenues from export of crude oil at an average price (90) dollars per barrel and export capacity of up to (2.9) million barrels per day, including the quantity produced and exported from the territory of Kurdistan and the (250) thousand barrels per day.
