Revealed the decision of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, Wednesday, that the President of the Council Osama Najafi agreed with major Minister Nuri al-Maliki and the Kurdistan region Massoud Barzani to withdraw the army and the Peshmerga forces from disputed areas and replaced the local police forces.
