#####Ministry of Finance: The World Bank expressed satisfaction with the federal budget plans
BAGHDAD / obelisk: Finance Minister Rafie al-Issawi, Thursday, the World Bank expressed satisfaction with the federal budget plans for 2013 in Iraq as part of the ministry talks with the ongoing Bank in Amman.
Issawi said for "obelisk", "The Ministry of Finance discussed with the World Bank in Amman schemes the federal budget and the distribution amounts," adding that "the World Bank expressed satisfaction with the plans of the federal budget and the need to take advantage of international expertise to work on the development of distribution of financial".
Issawi said "the World Bank expressed satisfaction with Iraq raised its financial allocations within the notch at the expense of investment operational in the federal budget for the year 2013."
He pointed out that "the World Bank also benefit from the proposed amounts retained to cover the shortfall in the budget next year," explaining that "the deficit amounted to 14 trillion Iraqi dinars, while the amounts retained $ 11 billion Iraqi dinars."
The Finance Minister said that "the Bank has agreed to an Iraqi proposal requires borrowing amounts Almtbakbah in case it's needed from the Support Fund for Iraq of the World Bank."
The federal budget for the fiscal Iraq for 2013 amounting to 138 trillion Iraqi dinars, based on the price per barrel of oil $ 90, and by export 2 million and 900 thousand barrels per day.
And got the financial budget for the year 2013 at an initial discussion at the meeting of the Federal Council of Ministers, and decided to form a committee headed by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and the membership of the three deputies and the ministers of finance and planning to study them.
And still the federal budget for the year 2013 are debates and objections in the House of Representatives, especially the doors to spend money and allocations.
