Parliamentary Finance are two options on the provincial budget distribution mechanism

Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed that it is pushing the adoption of two options to submission to the House of Representatives on the mechanism of the current year's budget distribution among the provinces, if the arrival of the revised budget from the government this week.

A member of the Committee Secretary Hadi said that "the Finance Committee will be two options for the distribution of funds between the two provinces adoption of population density after returning to the Ministry of Commerce and the adoption of the ration card data or the method of each year the adoption of fixed ratio of the population."

Odhav that "the Finance Committee was still considering applications submitted to it on a distribution mechanism amounts budget year 2013," noting that "the adoption of any option will not affect the size of the federal budget increase or decrease."

And Hadi continued that "the Finance Committee awaiting the arrival of the federal budget as modified by the government and included the budgets of the Supreme Judicial Council and the Council of Representatives." And revealed members of the Finance Committee earlier in the collection of about 150 signatures to redistribute the current year's budget according to population ratios approved by the Ministry of Planning or trade.

The Kurdistan Alliance rejects severely compromising the pro rata of the federal budget amounting to 17% and says that the region according to the population growth rate exceeded 20%. The Council of Ministers decided at its forty-sixth regular on 23 October 2012, approved a draft law the federal budget for 2013 of $ (138) trillion dinars, an increase of 18% from last year.

According to the project that the total federal income amounted to (119.3) trillion dinars were the result of calculation of income from export of crude oil at an average price (90) dollars per barrel and export capacity of up to (2.9) million barrels per day, including the quantity produced and exported from the Kurdistan region of ( 250) thousand barrels per day.
