BAGHDAD / obelisk: Publishes "obelisk" the first text of the proposed amendment to the law of the Supreme National Commission for Accountability and Justice No. 10 of 2008, and submitted to the National Reconciliation Commission and parliamentary accountability to the presidency of the Iraqi Council of Representatives.



The text includes amendments concerning the definition of the term "agents system" where added paragraph (to prove that a judicial decision has gained become final) to paragraph IX of Article 1.

And ensure the proposed amendment of Article 6, which is for procedures taken against Almtmin for the Baath Party to be in the following format:



Amend Article 6 and are as follows:



First _ end the services of all employees of whom rank Branch Member and retirement service under the law and applicable retirement.



Secondly _ refer all employees who occupy a special grades (general manager or equivalent and above) who were the rank of Division Member in the ranks of the Baath Party to retire A_i_ina of age and service requirement for service and retirement law in force.



Third _ end the services of employees of the security services who have been convicted under judicial decisions gained become final in the suppression of the Iraqi people to retire under the law of service and retirement in force.



IV _ prevents volunteers in Saddam's Fedayeen of any pension rights to their work in the above mentioned with the exception of the military and employees who, Move to the above mentioned orders from a higher authority.



V. _ Allow all employees with special grades who were the rank of Division Member or below in wool Baath party to return to their constituencies and to continue their jobs or retirement at their request under the law of service and retirement in force.



VI _ does not allow the members of the people to return to the service or continue three Alritsah bodies and the Supreme Judicial Council and the ministries and the security services and the ministries of foreign affairs, finance and convey who belong to these circles to other circles.



VII _ repealed paragraph (does not distract pension or grant everyone who has been affiliated with the Baath Party after (20/3/2003)



VIII _ prevents distracting functions special grades (general manager or equivalent from above and directors of administrative units) of the rank of Division Member or above Baath Party Faisfov.



IX _ remain as it is.



X. _ repealed paragraph (fall all the rights set forth in the preceding paragraphs for each person of proven judicial involvement crimes against the Iraqi people or enriched at the expense of public money).



The proposal stipulated that its provisions apply retroactively and that the body issuing instructions to be performed on completed all its work within one year from the effective date of the law.
