Council of Ministers announced the decisions of the fifth regular session of the year 2013

The fifth meeting was held normal to the Council of Ministers in Baghdad this day Tuesday, February 12, 2013 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and issued the following decisions:

1. Approval to amend the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (49) for the year 2013 on the provision of a grant to the Syrian refugee families in Aledumaz camp and comprehensively all families in the camp.

2. To approve the launch of the operating budget for the project of Baghdad, the capital of Arab culture for 2013, which will be opened in March 2013.

3. Council approved the formation of the federal public service based on the provisions of Article (5 / item III) of the Code of Federal Public Service Number (4) for the year 2009.

4. Authorize the Minister of Justice the authority to negotiate and sign a draft agreement transfer of sentenced between Iraq and Britain based on the provisions of Article (80 / item VI) of the Constitution with the Foreign Ministry to prepare and document authorization required behalf of the Government of the Republic of Iraq to the Minister of Justice in accordance with the contexts approved and submit to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers for obtaining the signature of the Prime Minister.
