Announced and the Ministry of Natural Resources in the Kurdistan Regional Government not adhering to the production and export / 250 / thousand barrels of crude oil per day unless bear Baghdad expenditures by foreign oil companies.
Hussein said Blue adviser ministry said in a press statement today, "said Erbil is ready to send / 250 / thousand barrels of oil per day to Baghdad unless recent bear the expenses and loans to foreign companies operating in the field of oil exploration in the region."
"The joint agreements between Erbil and Baghdad stipulates that the federal government pays dues of foreign companies operating in the field of oil exploration in the region, and in return produces Arbil / 250 / thousand barrels per day."
He stressed that "We will not send this amount unless the federal government bears loans and receivables of foreign companies."
