(IraqiNews.com) A delegation from Kurdistan Region at the finance and energy affairs sectors will visit Baghdad within this week to discuss settling the disputes between the central government and Kurdistan Regional Government.

Reliable source at the federal Oil Ministry said “A delegation from KRG comprising officials from financial and energy affairs sectors will meet their counterparts in Baghdad next week.”

“Discussing the dues of the foreign oil companies working in Kurdistan Region will be given priority in these talks between both sides before reaching an agreement on resuming the exports,” according to the source.

A delegation from Kurdistan Region headed by the Region’s Premier, Najervan Barzani had visited Baghdad on 29, last April where they met with top officials there and discussed the pending issues between Baghdad and Erbil.
