High Commission proposed election Almstlqh and security committee provincial elections to the Council of Ministers elections provinces of Anbar and Nineveh on Saturday, the eighteenth of May next.
Informed sources said that "the political blocs and security leaders in Nineveh province announced the decision today in agreement with the Independent Higher Commission for Elections in Baghdad.
The source said that "The Commission reduced the duration that had been approved for the provinces of Nineveh and Anbar from six months to one month for Nineveh province starting from the period specified for the elections in the rest of the provinces and planned on April 20 next," noting that "the Commission is ready and willing with all polling stations for elections next to the Provincial Council with the agreement of all the political blocs and security leaders. "
The UNHCR and Security Committee held a meeting today in Mosul, in the presence of a number of security chiefs in the provinces of Anbar and Nineveh on the determination of the appropriate date to hold local elections in these two provinces.

UN calls for adoption of the reports of the security committee in setting a date elections Anbar and Nineveh
BAGHDAD / Baghdadiya News / .. The United Nations called on Tuesday to adopt the reports of the Supreme Security Committee of the elections on the determination of when to hold elections in the provinces of Anbar and Nineveh.
