In Basra province 6 members of the former Council kept their seats

Basra (NINA) – In Basra province, 6 nominees out of 16 winners were members at the last Provincial Council.
Provincial Councils' election results announced on Saturday, May 4, by the Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) shows that 36 nominees won seats in the new Council; of them 6 are from the last Council.
The 6 members are distributed as follow: 2 from the State of Law Alliance, 1 from the Mowatin bloc, 1 from Adaleh and Wihdeh, 1 from Iradet al-Iraq and 1 from Iraqiya bloc. / End.
