U.S. embassy demanded change the administrative staff and consultant in the Office of the Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, after revelations of corruption cases those involved,
According to a document leaked to the U.S. Embassy, called al-Maliki to rebuild the structure of his office, also pointed out that some of his advisers were involved in cases of financial corruption, and security issues, and relationships suspicious with international oil companies.

1 - Tarek star: financial corruption, relations with international oil companies, send inaccurate reports at the auctions second service contracts of oil to U.S. oil companies.
2 - Ahmed El Saadawi : strong relationships with Chinese companies, and brokerage for China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC).
3 - Sadiq al-Rikabi: leaking information to the contractors military French and Italian.
4 - Haider al-Abadi: relations with the intelligence services of Iran, and the opposition of influential oil the U.S. in Iraq.
