Twilight News / United States announced that it would send reinforcements to the security perimeter of its embassy in Baghdad and some of the staff will be transferred to other locations.



The spokeswoman for the U.S. State Jennifer Sacchi that "due to the instability and violence in some parts of Iraq, the embassy in Baghdad is considering security measures to be taken in consultation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Will increase the number of security personnel in Baghdad and will be transferred to other employees to other locations temporarily."

While not remember the exact number of Sake for employees who will be transferred from the embassy in Baghdad, but it is reported that a group of them will be transferred to the U.S. consulate in Basra and to the consulate in Erbil. While the other portion will be transferred to the U.S. Embassy in Amman, Jordan, to work on matters related to Iraq.

The United States announced on the same day that the Iraqi authorities announced that its forces had killed 279 insurgents in different parts of the country during the past 24 hours, according to reports from a spokesman for the Office of the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces.

The team said Qassim Atta told a news conference in Baghdad, "during the past 24 hours have been killed more than 279 terrorists in various areas," adding that the security forces "regained the initiative."

Atta also announced for the burning of 14 vehicles carrying members of the organization "Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant", the most prominent armed groups fighting in Syria, Iraq, during the past few hours.
