BAGHDAD / WAP / Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, said the number of Security Council resolutions, in Chapter VII 60 Iraq's decision to get rid of most of them.
He said at a news conference today, that "Iraq is practically out of the provisions of Chapter VII, but I stayed 4 decisions which is related to human and property file and Kuwaiti archives, if they do not cancel this matter will remain Iraq under Chapter VII."
