[b style="font-weight: bold;"]{Baghdad: Euphrates News} ratified the Independent High Electoral Commission for elections system spending on election campaigns, and decided to apply it during the upcoming legislative elections.[/b]
He said UNHCR spokesman Sadiq al-Moussawi told {Euphrates News} that "the Board of Commissioners approved the system of spending on election campaigns and decided to apply it during the upcoming 2014 parliamentary elections."
It is noted that due to the upcoming legislative elections will be held on the fourteenth day of the month of June of next year 2014.
