He said Khalil said, "This law has had some problems and objections by some political blocs on the guarantees companies and distribution infrastructure projects equally among the provinces, as well as fund management and payment present and deferred," he said, adding that there is fear of financial corruption and not to refer projects to companies sober and the proportion of financial benefits, in addition to the law are not exploited for electoral propaganda.
