Parliamentary Legal: election law will not be passed before the current Sept. 21

BAGHDAD / News: Parliamentary Legal Committee ruled, Wednesday, adoption of the electoral law before the twenty-first of the month of September, with an eye to the presence of five fundamental differences between the blocs hinder the adoption of the law.
The Vice-Chairman of the Committee Prince Kanani told "File News", "The law will not be passed before the 21 of September this because there are five points controversial about it," explaining that "these differences are related to the department single and multi, and the mechanism of the distribution of seats, and the number of members of the House of Representatives, and how compensatory seats, and the number of seats that give components. "
Kanani said that "pass the election law before the twenty-first day of September is unlikely," explaining that "Kurds asked timeout to first after the twenty-first preoccupation with elections in the region."
The date of the elections identified in the sixth month of the next year, and wait for the Electoral Commission approve the parliamentary elections law to begin Pthouderadtha and preparations before voters went to the polls in June 2014.
