He said in a statement that "This is an important step towards achieving the goal of ensuring that justice is fast and safe and can be verified on Syria's stockpiles of chemical weapons," adding that he is currently on Syria must comply with this agreement fully and unconditionally.
Rasmussen stressed that the international community has a responsibility to make sure to keep the standards and practices that protracted against the use of chemical weapons and the need to hold offenders accountable.
