{International: Euphrates News} UN Security Council passed on Friday evening a unanimous decision on the draft, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, the dismantling of the Syrian chemical weapons arsenal.
The Syrian Juhaynah agency today that "This vote represents a major diplomatic breach of being the first resolution adopted by the Security Council since the Syrian crisis began in March."
He said UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon far adoption of the resolution on Friday evening that "the international community has completed its mission," he said, adding that "This is the first glimmer of hope in Syria a long time ago."
He stressed that the conference "Geneva 2" for peace in Syria in mid-November.
