Department of Finance adopted at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers Service Via ATM system accounts for the salaries of the staff of the Secretariat departments .
The Department of Finance showed the Office of Information and Communication government to deal with regard to the expense of employees ' salaries through the ATM system (ATM) using the Visa card in line with the technical sophistication used in most developed countries.
The Chamber added that the deal Visa card through automated teller machines (ATM) through a number of banks operating in Iraq.
Explained that Visa Card system allows users to take advantage in the areas of ( shopping shops . Shopping online . Conversion. Identifiable identity . Obtain advances. Fines . Paying bills : water . Electricity . Phones , etc. ) , and contributes to their use in activate the economic situation and reduce the money supply in circulation, and the real risks of dealing with cash and gradually move to a new stage adoption of electronic cash .
