Secretary General of the Council of Ministers: Secretariat initiated the formation of a central committee for the implementation of a new system of budget

The Secretary General of the Council of Ministers Ali Mohsen Ismail said the budget discussion is healthy and properly and then gives it real .
This came during his participation in the First National Conference on handicaps legislative and administrative implementation of the investment budget in the provinces of Iraq , which was held in the province of Najaf, in coordination with the advisory board , headed by Minister in collaboration with the U.S. Agency for State Development / Project offers to view the proposed amendments to the pay rates of implementation of investment projects .
The Secretary-General stressed that the budget varied goals and challenges faced by institutional reality and culture upon which these institutions for many years.
