Xiaa: Kurdistan did not pay the amounts of oil revenues so far

MP for the rule of law and a member of the Economic Commission points out that the question of the budget to the House of Representatives on the Council of Ministers and the blocks inside, and responsible for, this is not one person or a specific destination.
