Finance Committee requires the approval of the Exchange Control Bureau dues companies operating in Kurdistan

BAGHDAD / JD / .. Finance Committee required the approval of the Federal Audit Court on exchange entitlements oil companies operating in the Kurdistan region, while ruling out the disbursement of funds because most contracts for those companies illegally to the lack of approval by the federal government.
A member of the Committee MP Haitham al-Jubouri told / JD /: Duane demanded financial control to ratify the dues oil companies operating in the Kurdistan region, and in the case of counting validation, will be allocated within the budget in 2014.
Jubouri said: that most of the contracts concluded by the province with those companies without the consent of the government and this is illegal and unconstitutional, adding that Turkey's insistence on Baghdad's approval of the contracts concluded by the province with recently is a sign of being unconstitutional.
He added that these contracts with the companies the province can not be considered legal without approval of oil and gas law, which will define the powers between the province and the federal government.
The Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Hussain al-Shahristani has said a few days ago: that any process to extract oil or exported could not be made without the approval of the central government in Baghdad and the Ministry of Oil exclusively.
Shahristani said at a joint press conference with Turkish Energy Minister Yildiz Steiner: that Iraq is ready to meet the needs of Turkey for oil and gas in accordance with the mechanisms and criteria adopted for the Iraqi Oil Marketing Company of Iraq.
He explained: that any amount of oil is exported from any area in Iraq should be measured by the Iraqi Oil Ministry and determines the selling price by oil marketing company, and deposited in the revenue account the development of Iraq and distributed according to the federal budget approved each year.
For his part, Yildiz: that Turkey is committed to the unity of Iraq and all Iraqis enjoy their wealth of natural. / End / Doaa Amer /
