It also includes rules to prevent the instructions on the issue of the political entity 19 including: the promotion of lies and theft of election materials and the threat of forgery and the use of public resources of Iraq for political purposes .
The following is the text of the rules of conduct for political entities :

Conduct for political entities

The political entities for the purpose of ratification and adoption that agree to abide by the rules of conduct binding acts of political entities and their heads and their candidates and agents and its members and its supporters and all political entity that is doing its best to make sure you understand his superiors and candidates , agents and members and Maazarih to those rules and commitment .
Political entity must :
1 abide by the electoral laws and civil and criminal force in Iraq, and in particular:
A Iraqi constitution .
B laws passed by the House of Representatives
C guidance on public gatherings .
D prevent speak the language of hatred , intimidation and incitement to violence .
Its ban on support for terrorism , practice and use.
2 comply with all rules and regulations and procedures issued by the Electoral Commission for elections .
3 to ensure the commitment of all proposed candidates applicable legal standards .
4 cooperate with election officials and to take all possible steps to ensure the safety of violence or humiliation or risk or threat during the discharge of their duties .
5 to accept the final decisions issued by the Electoral Commission for elections or judicial body for the elections and implementation.
6 acceptance and support of the results of any election ratified by the Electoral Commission for elections or the Federal Supreme Court .
7 respect the right and freedom of other political entities in contesting the election campaign and the expression of ideas and programs publicly .

3 sabotage meetings or meetings of any political entity or another prevented.
4 theft of election materials to any other political entity or destroyed or distorted .

6 allowed to carry or display arms or weapons of images in meetings or meetings.
7 mimic the name of any entity or another political slogan or materials .
