BAGHDAD / obelisk: According to a source familiar with, today, Sunday, that the Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon will visit the capital, Baghdad, on Monday, to discuss the situation in Anbar province, with officials in the Iraqi government.

The source said the "obelisk" that "UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon will visit the capital, Baghdad, on Monday," noting that "Ki-moon will meet a number of Iraqi officials to discuss the latest developments in the country, especially the province of Anbar."

The source, who requested anonymity, that "the Secretary-General of the United Nations will visit the House of Representatives after his arrival to meet with his boss Osama Najafi."

Announced a media adviser to Prime Minister Ali al-Moussawi, Sunday, that the Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon will visit the capital Baghdad on Monday, suggesting he would discuss with al-Maliki, the Syrian crisis, while assuring a source familiar with the Ki-moon will discuss with House Speaker Osama Najafi and senior leaders Iraqi officials and the latest developments in Iraq, especially Anbar crisis.

Moussawi said in a statement received "Alsumaria News", a copy of which, "The Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon will visit tomorrow to Baghdad."

He added that "it is scheduled to hold a meeting with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to discuss the issues of the region, particularly the Syrian crisis."

For his part, a political source said, in an interview for "Alsumaria News", "UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon will discuss with senior commanders and Iraqi officials Recent developments in Iraq and to stop the violence in Anbar and Fallujah."
