Twilight News / Kurdistan Alliance bloc said Monday that the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Declaration on the official position of the province's proposal to export 100 thousand barrels, noting that the situation must be reported to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives.

Twilight News / announced Presidency of the Council of Representatives of Iraq, on Monday, announced the commissioning of the Vice-President of the Council Qusay al-Suhail and Aref Tayfur to mediate between the two governments and federal Kurdistan Region for the purpose of reaching an agreement to determine the amount of oil exported from Kurdistan and included in the general budget for the current year for a vote.
A statement for the presidency of the Council responded with "Twilight News", that the Presidency was held on Monday a meeting of the heads of blocs to discuss the federal budget.
The statement added that after extensive discussions on the importance of approving the budget as soon as possible decided to entrust the Presidency of the Council of Representatives First and Second Vice President of the Council of communion with the federal and provincial governments to resolve problematic amount of oil exported to ensure the rights of the parties in accordance with the Constitution and the political consensus.
The statement continued that the council is serious about approving the budget as soon as possible and in the public interest and benefits required.
The Tripartite Commission, which was mandated to negotiate in order to reach an agreement between Baghdad and Erbil on the issue of the export of oil from the region has announced yesterday, Sunday, for the failure to reach an agreement.
Baghdad insists that the province exported 400 000 barrels of crude oil a day through the national oil marketing company "Sumo" and the filing of its revenue to the Development Fund for Iraq in New York.
And it refuses to Kurdistan and recently decided to export 100 000 barrels per day with effect from the first of April next as a gesture of "good faith" until they reached an agreement, which was welcomed by Baghdad.
