She pointed out that "the U.S. ambassador expressed his country's support for the talks between Erbil and Baghdad in order to reach a solution to the problems in the interest of the whole of Iraq," asserting that he "expressed his thanks to the position of the Kurdistan Regional Government's proposal to always solve problems by understanding and treatment."

The provincial government in its statement that "the U.S. ambassador described the initiative of the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan region in connection with the export of 100 thousand barrels of oil per day up to a solution to the file-oil as a positive step and place of happiness."

The head of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani announced, in (21 March 2014), that the region will contribute to the export of 100 thousand barrels of oil per day as of this April, confirming the granting of negotiations between Baghdad and Erbil on the export of oil and the general budget file another chance.

The Kurdistan Regional Government announced that, in the (April 1, 2014), on the initiative of the province to stop the export of 100 000 barrels to repair the main export pipeline between Kirkuk and the Turkish port of Ceyhan.
