The World Bank and the United Nations has launched an initiative to facilitate the governments of developing countries recover the funds looted dubbed Initiative (Star) to retrieve stolen assets, where the fall of this initiative any immunities of political or diplomatic about thieves and smugglers, money, provided that they submit his request for a reservation to these funds in in any of the countries of the world are members of the Convention.
