Khalidi calls on the Federal Court to intervene to approve the budget before the end of the legislative term of the parliament

Baghdad (news) .. called Mohammed al-Khalidi decision of the House of Representatives MP for the coalition united for reform, the Federal Court to intervene on the constitutional article which obliges the House of Representatives to ratify the budget before the end of the last legislative term.
Khalidi said in a statement singled out by the Agency (news): that 'there is difficulty in holding the parliamentary session without reaching a solution to the differences between the political blocs, especially the rule of law and the Kurdistan Alliance, as well as between the central government and the Kurdistan Regional Government', blaming the 'Council of Ministers responsible for delay in approving the the fact that the budget has the authority to resolve the financial problems between the province and the center '.
He said al-Khalidi to: that 'there are contradictions in the constitution concerning the budget, there are two versions of constitutional one confirms that ending the work of Parliament until the adoption of the budget, and the other indicates that on June 14 end of the legislative term of the Council of Representatives' calling' the Federal Court to intervene on the constitutional article which obliges House approval of the budget before the end of the last legislative term.
