Informed the Iraqi ambassador to the United Nations Mohammad Ali Hakim, on Wednesday, the International Organization on the control of "armed terrorist groups" on the facility prior to chemical weapons, calling on UN member states to understand Iraq's current inability to meet its obligations to destroy those weapons because of the deteriorating security situation.
Reuters quoted al-Hakim as saying in a letter sent to the Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon said that "MSE north of Baghdad, fell on June 11, however, an armed terrorist groups, and lost the Iraqi government control," noting that "the remains of a previous program of chemical weapons found in two Mahsntin under the ground there. "

Iraq has been the security situation is exceptional since the declaration of a state of emergency in the (June 10, 2014), where the continuing military operations, the security for the expulsion of the organization "Daash" of areas where the provinces of Nineveh and Salahuddin, while continuing military operations in Anbar to meet the regulation.
