The Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon, on Thursday, after a meeting with the President of the Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani in Arbil, the need to resolve the problems between Baghdad and Arbil, and the creation of a true partnership, calling on Iraqi leaders to reach to solve problems according to the Constitution, as he emphasized Barzani, the Kurdistan region will harness its potential to eject Iraq from the current crisis.
Said Ki-moon during a joint press conference with the President of the Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani in Arbil and attended "Alsumaria News", "Iraq's leaders work to resolve the problems of Iraq, according to the Constitution and to preserve the unity of Iraq and the federal system," stressing "support the representation of the United Nations Iraq to provide assistance in addressing the problems. "
He added that he "spoke with al-Maliki and Barzani on solving the problems between Baghdad and Erbil," stressing the need to "work Arabs, Kurds of Iraq to solve problems and find a home in a genuine partnership and cooperation in solving the problem of cutting salaries and oil and security."
