"Al-Sabah" The parliament session scheduled for Sunday has been postponed to Monday for meetings of the preoccupation of the political blocs to form the next government and the Parliamentary Standing Committees and study the budget. 


MP from the bloc Virtue beauty Muhammadawi said in a statement the "morning" that the parliament session postponed from Sunday to Monday; so as to customize on Saturday and Sunday for the meeting of the Interim Committee to study the Interim Budget and the meeting of heads of blocs on the formation of parliamentary committees Aldaúmah.oiry observers that the main reason for the adjournment of the meeting regards to form a government the fact that the constitutional period mandated by the candidate of the largest bloc to form a government, which extended President of the Republic Dr. Fuad Masum, expires at the end on Sunday at 12 o'clock at night, including the parliament session was scheduled to be held on Sunday, which means that the session will be before the end of the constitutional period, therefore, the meeting has been postponed to next Monday. 


He Muhammadawi, that this delay was in order to be productive the next session of parliament, noting that the Legal Committee will meet to study the temporary legal Federal Court and the Federation Council, in what would be a meeting of the Committee of the displaced next Sunday.



In turn, said a member of the Budget Committee, Ahmed al-Haj Ali for "morning" that Saturday and Sunday will be a meeting of the Budget Committee and the interim head of the parliament meeting with the heads of blocs on the formation of permanent committees and Monday will be a formal session of the parliament.
