Abadi in Arbil after Eid to discuss the thorny issues with the Kurds
Erbil-Iraq-Presse 3 October / September: is scheduled to visit the Iraqi prime minister, Haydar al-Abadi, the Kurdistan region, after the holiday, to discuss several important files with the Kurds, according to a source familiar with.
The source told / Iraq Press / he "is scheduled to visit the Iraqi prime minister, the capital of the Kurdistan region after the Eid al-Adha, to discuss a number of files, particularly those outstanding issues between the two sides."
The source said, "Abadi is trying to get the support of the Kurds him in his task to lead the country," pointing out that "the files that will be discussed with officials in the region related to security and military cooperation and joint oil and Budget."
The relationship between Baghdad and Erbil, tense months ago as a result of differences on multiple files, including file Peshmerga, oil and gas, and the budget of the province, and the crisis of salaries withheld since the beginning of this year, on the orders of former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.
