Third: The second reading of the draft law on ratification of economic and trade, scientific and technical cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Armenia Convention on the Law. ( Committee on Foreign Relations , the Committee on Economy and Investment ), (2 items).

Fourth: The second reading of the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to the international railways in the Arab Mashreq agreement and its annexes attached to the law. ( Commission services and reconstruction, the Foreign Relations Committee ), (2 items).

Fifth: the second reading of the draft law of the Ministry of Health. ( for Health and Environment Committee , the Legal Committee ), (Article 21).

House of Representatives finishing second reading of the three laws

Majlis deputies ended the twenty-eighth Directors held today Thursday, 11/13/2014, headed by Mr. Saleem al-Jubouri, President of the Council and in the presence of 232 deputies second reading of three draft laws.

He suggested Razak MP Mheibes add a paragraph in the law allows competition between the private and the public sector in the field of health and that allows the doctor to choose to work between them.

Mr. Jubouri called competent committees to the completion of the amendments to the draft law and submit it to a vote.
