House of Representatives finish reading the five bills and a report on the massacre Spyker

Majlis deputies ended the second thirty minutes held today Thursday, 27/11/2014, headed by Mr. Salim al-President of the Council and in the presence of 232 deputies for the first reading of the five bills.
At the outset of the meeting, Mr. Jubouri announced that the Presidency of the Council discussed yesterday with the heads of blocs and committees of some issues related to regulatory matters and the work of the Council during the next phase, as was agreed to form a committee of parliamentary blocs to follow up on the government program and paper political agreement as well as to emphasize the importance of speeding up the resolution of the presidencies the remaining committees, noting that on 30/11 is the end of the legislative term and the beginning of the legislative recess for a month, but in the case of the arrival of the budget of the government will cancel the holiday pointing out that he hoped to send the budget to the House of Representatives early next week in addition to the possibility of the presence of the Prime Minister to the Council during the the coming days.
Followed, defense and human rights Alniabaten report initial security committees for the crime of Base Speicher reviewed the moves and a series of meetings with stakeholders and Associates and families of the victims in order to gather information about the case, noting that the Ministry of Defence has achieved with 42 officers and mattresses in addition to calling the 43 others wanted for investigation did not come so far because of the fighting.

The Board completed the first reading of the bill to encourage doctors anesthesia and submitted by the committees of health, environment and legal law, which comes to encourage doctors to work in anesthesia branch in health institutions and to attract the owners of the Iraqi medical expertise migrating in section mentioned to fill the shortfall in this specialty.
Council completed the first reading of the draft doctors and provided support from the Law Commission of Health and Environment and the Legal Committee for the purpose of encouraging doctors to work in health departments outside Baghdad governorate especially repellent provinces (Maysan, Dhi Qar and Muthanna) and work in the branches of a rare medicine, attracting owners of the Iraqi medical expertise migratory fill the shortfall in health circles.
On the other hand called Sheikh Hamoudi, First Deputy Chairman of the Board, ladies and gentlemen wishing Representatives to amend the laws to move this through the completion of the two readings of the laws, suggesting that the presence of the ministers to the hearings in the Council to discuss the Interceptor laws.
