Third: The second reading of the draft law on ratification investment promotion and protection between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Convention on the Law. ( Committee on Foreign Relations , the Committee on Economy and Investment ), (2 items).

Fourth: The second reading of the draft law on ratification agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the State of Kuwait to encourage mutual investment protection law. ( Committee on Foreign Relations , the Committee on Economy and Investment ), (2 items).


Fifthly: Hosting the Minister of Oil.

Parliament hosts oil minister for oil deal with the Kurdistan Regional




BAGHDAD / obelisk: hosting the Iraqi Council of Representatives, on Monday, and the oil minister, Adel Abdul-Mahdi to brief the Council on the agreement concluded with the Kurdistan Regional Government on the oil dispute, according to the agenda.

The governments in Baghdad and Erbil has announced (Thursday this November 13) to agree on a comprehensive solution to the dispute of oil and budget including all the remaining outstanding issues settlement in the framework of the Constitution where the federal government decided to transfer $ 500 million to the government of Kurdistan that puts the region 150 000 barrels per day the disposal of the federal government.

The House of Representatives will be held, today, its 30 to achieve the stated agenda of the meeting which is limited to the swearing-in of the members of the House of Representatives who hold government positions and replacements for those who have held a ministerial or vice-president positions.

It also includes hosting and oil minister, Adel Abdul-Mahdi, at his request, to brief the Council on the nature of the agreement that his contract with the KRG on oil dispute.


It was decided during a meeting between oil minister, Adel Abdul-Mahdi in Erbil with the head of the provincial government Barzani (Thursday, 13 this November) that the last visit to Baghdad at the head of the delegation with a view to a comprehensive, just and constitutional treatment to all outstanding problems between the two sides.


Said Abdul-Mahdi, commenting on the agreement that if what has been observed by the parties (the center and the province) agreement will ensure that we re to the Treasury exports nearly a million barrels of oil per day, from Kurdistan and fields of Kirkuk and north, ie tens of billions of dollars that we lost during 2014, which amounts to more of $ 30 billion.
