The sources said that «the decision is aimed at the development of draft laws and create legislation to implement the agreement, which was recently between Baghdad and Erbil on oil exports and imports mechanism.» The government has reached an agreement with the Kurdistan Regional Government recently to resolve disputes over oil exports and budget allocations, where due to the agreement enters into force early next year.

The text of the agreement on the export of the provincial government 250 000 barrels of oil per day from the fields of the region to Turkey for the account of the central government, as well as the export of 300 000 barrels last from Kirkuk oil fields across the line was created by the province to Turkey via the port of Ceyhan.

In contrast, the region gets its share of the federal budget for 2015, plus a billion dollars to help pay salaries and arming the Peshmerga fighters who are fighting to liberate Daash areas dominated by the side of the armed forces.
