The Second Iraq Exhibition for the Construction and Reconstruction of Liberated Areas, to be held under the auspices of the Reconstruction Fund for the Areas Affected by Terrorist Attacks, is due to begin in Erbil for the period from May 15 to 17.

Advisory Fund Communication d. Majida Salman Mohammed told Al Sabah: "A group of local, regional and international companies will participate in the exhibition, in addition to some international organizations, embassies and attachés."

The reconstruction fund will work through this exhibition to prepare for the donor conference in an effort to convey a documented picture of The extent of destruction and devastation and Iraq's need for reconstruction.

Mohammed stressed that the fund will encourage the increase in the percentage of grants provided to Iraq to finance projects and not be in the form of loans, pointing out that the reconstruction fund, which represents the Iraqi state, will reflect the sacrifices and bleeding Iraqi blood in order to pay harm to the whole world, "He said.

The mission of Iraq must be humanitarian before it is national, and the picture must be clear to the international community; to contribute to the process of reconstruction and reconstruction of Iraq, and to push some of the firm companies to reconstruct the important damaged parts, the infrastructure of liberated areas.

The Iraqi exhibition for the construction and reconstruction of liberated areas was held in September last year at the Baghdad International Fair under the patronage of the Council of Ministers / Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations and with the participation of the UNDP (United Nations Development Program in Iraq) and with the participation of more than 50 foreign and Arab companies And local represent the public and private sectors were distributed among the German and Japanese, Saudi Arabia, US, Jordanian, UAE, Lebanese and Turkish.
