The representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Martin Kobler, Monday, that the word of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on human rights fully reflects the agenda of the United Nations, while stressing the need to consider the cultural and economic rights.

Said Kobler in a speech during a ceremony hosted by the Ministry of Human Rights in Baghdad, attended by "Alsumaria News", "The word of Prime Minister fully reflect the agenda on the table of the United Nations," noting that "this is a real commitment and the right to human rights."

Kubler stressed the need to "do not stop at this, but we turn to the second joint of the human rights and look at cultural and economic rights," asserting that "a decent living and life and expression are all freedoms can not be condoned."

He Kobler that "the protection and preservation of other rights such as freedom of education and access to water and the fight against poverty can not be dispensed with," explaining that it "all freedoms are maintained and adhere to the United Nations as well."

The Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki was considered in a speech during the ceremony held by the Iraqi Ministry of Human Rights that "human rights in Iraq narrowed and became a controversy among Iraqis about the rights of prisoners."

Maliki said that "there are risks on the subject of human rights in this country and I have to talk about in order to reform," adding that "the debate among Iraqis has become about the rights of prisoners and only if no rights of women and children and the poor and the rights of the martyrs."
