Member of the Committee on Energy: Iraq can not build new refineries to meet the needs of oil derivatives Vtm asylum Investment

Baghdad (news) .. According to a member of the Oil and Energy Committee MP / Kurdish mass change / Bayazid Hassan, that his committee discussed the second amendment to the law of private investment in the oil refineries sector to facilitate the arrival of investors to build new refineries in Iraq.
Hassan said (of the Agency news): The law of private investment in the sector liquidation enacted since (2006), but because of the difficulty of coming of investors to build oil refineries conducted modifications for the purpose of facilitating investment in this sector.
He continued: that Iraq has no possibility to create an oil refineries to meet the country's oil derivatives, and was resorting to investment.
He added: that of the oil and energy are going to discuss the second amendment to the law that made by the Oil Ministry in the presence of a number of experts in the ministry to be edited in the interest of the country and the citizens, because it focuses on developing facilities to investors in the process of granting the license and encourage the private sector to provide job opportunities for hands large workforce. / Finished / 8. d.
