Federal Court ruled unconstitutional in Iraq, Article 37 and Article 38-3 of the Unified Retirement Law.
A spokesman for the federal judiciary Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar, the court ruled that the unconstitutionality of articles 37 and 38-3 of the Unified Retirement Law No. 9 of 2014, he underlined that the decision was made to non-observance of the House of Representatives when Thariahma as stipulated in Articles 60 and 62 of the Constitution and Article 130 of the Rules of Procedure of the House of Representatives despite hang next to Mali.
