Vice proposes the establishment of a fund to pay off Iraq's debt

Suggested by the Economic Commission deputy Ibrahim Rikabi, establishing a special fund to pay off foreign debt of Iraq and his money deducted from oil imports, according to the mechanism so as to not affect the general budget.

Rikabi said during a press statement that Iraq's debt began to accumulate and increase in value over time because of the development of an accurate plan of how to pay the money owed ​​by Iraq, and left behind by the former regime, and liver of the country large sums of money as a result of his hostility is unjustified.

He explained that most of the foreign debt owed ​​by Iraq turned off thanks to the efforts of diplomats, Iraqi specialists owed ​​the Paris Club or some European countries and the U.S., and remained compensation Kuwait and other Arab states under the protection of Iraq.
