Parliament Speaker Meets Amir JI and appreciates its role in the convergence of views

He met with Parliament Speaker Dr. Salim al-Jubouri, in Erbil, Sheikh Ali Baber Emir of Jemaah Islamiyah.
During the meeting, they reviewed the latest developments in the Kurdistan region and the current challenges facing the region, as the price of sovereignty and the role of JI in the convergence of views between the Kurdish parties and the relentless quest to reach a solution to the political crisis witnessed by the region.
The meeting also discussed a number of files in the forefront of the displaced file and means to support and relief to the displaced, and the efforts of the Islamic community in this area, in addition to the overall political and security developments in the country.
