Vice President of the House of Representatives Iaram Sheikh Mohammed, confirms to the representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations that Iraq today needs to radical solutions to political problems

Vice President of the House of Representatives Iaram Sheikh Mohammed stressed that Iraq needs today and in this sensitive stage in particular to the efforts and cooperation of all political forces and parties to develop radical solutions to political problems, he said. Sheikh Mohammed reviewed with Kubiš in this meeting a number of issues and files of common interest, and demanded sovereignty of the international organization to put pressure on countries to find a global and appropriate mechanisms to prevent solutions without causing economic problems because of lower oil prices, and play a greater role to provide support and assistance to the Iraqi people and the Kurdistan Region to re-displaced to their areas liberated,

Vice President of the Council pointed out that the instability in Iraq will certainly affect negatively on the situation in the region, Europe and the whole world, also pointed to the existence of a financial and economic crisis in the region for non-salary payments for several months, which has made conditions there much worse and this requires the United Nations and the international community stepped in to address this situation difficult as soon as possible.

For his part, Kubiš UN Representative stressed that the Mission is following with great interest the latest developments and current events in the Iraqi arena and is working with a view to continued support for Iraq's government and people seeking to unify work and attitude between the partners and overcome differences to ensure security, stability and fight al Daash terrorist
