Council Nineveh present a paper to Ebadi at a meeting on Monday includes 30 items in three axes

The statement continued, "After a long discussion was the adoption of the working paper , which includes three files (security, displaced and entitlements of Nineveh) as follows:

1. The involvement of the provincial council in all bodies and committees concerned about the security in the province of Nineveh.



2. activate all the Provincial Council resolutions relating to the security file, including the election of the chief of police and director of intelligence, counterterrorism and internal affairs.



3. a general amnesty for members of the army, police and border police and other security agencies IDPs and retarded for enrollment.



4. Cancellation investigative boards against the employees of the police and border police and all employees of the Interior forms until the liberation of Mosul , and to keep their grades.



5. open alternative to the passage of the Department of Nineveh site in one of the liberated areas of Nineveh.
