Frank26:  Ladies and gentlemen we are now gathered together once again so that we can talk about the Iraqi dinar….and I’m going to be careful tonight to not overdo it….last Monday we were together for two hours….I’m sorry about that…..

I’m going to try and keep this within one hour….can you believe that….I hope anyways….yes there is much we wish to tell you…..but the logic of it all is that it has to be timed just right….

In fact one of our News Hounds just caught something about 30 minutes ago and they put it up on our forum and we quickly took it down because we wanted to surprise you with it…..and it turns out it is already out there…..

I told you this study is now traveling…..not at the speed of light….but a warp speed of light….it is bending dimensions that we’ve never….ever really studied before.
 
I’m here to tell you tonight that the Monetary Reform of the Iraqi dinar is picking up pace in all areas….in fact as we enter the month of September and we prepared you very well for this haven’t we….we’ve told you IOO from the 3rd to the 9th did we not….we told IOO from the 9th to the 31st did we not…..we told you IOO about the 1st of October did we not….well let’s review these things we told you.
 
September, IMO….in fact all of our conference call is IMO….September will reveal….and in fact I will put it very simple….will reveal a bunch of stuff….as we get closer to Thanksgiving I think we are going to have a lot of stuffing no doubt….and maybe a lot of Thanksgiving….and I have to be careful just because I said Thanksgiving people will automatically say oh he just gave a date….

No….I don’t give a date….I don’t give a rate….I give a continuous study…..listen….the reform is picking up in the month of September and there will be a bunch of stuff that will be revealed to you and we are going to tell you what those things are tonight….October and November IMO you will see many things functioning inside of Iraq….then again we are going to talk about those things tonight….

It is important that I point out that last Monday when we were with you we told you about 10 cents….that was an example….that was an example I am not of that school of that…and that is the problem….you don’t really study with me…and I know you don’t really have the time….but you assume things….you only hear part of the conference call….you only read part of the conference call notes….and you assume things and then it causes me problems….because people call me….

You should have seen one person that called me, or they send me email or text messages….Belize is going to revalue their currency at 1 to 1 with the American dollar….what…what….are you kidding me….yes we talked about that last Wednesday but it was used as an example of going 1 to 1….quickly….quickly it gets blown out of proportion.
 
Last Wednesday I told you that Iraq is working on their fiscal…fiscal financial year to be ready on October 1st and we told you on January 1st they would be ready for their physical, their calendar year….we used specific words….we broke it down….and what did you see on Thursday of last week….an article that told you exactly that…..yeah we are working on our fiscal year….thank you…..or should I say TA-DA.
 
There is about four billion….IMO with my TEAM….there is about four billion 000’s notes that are out there…..that are out there….and I saw your questions on our forum…..hey Frank….if there are all these 000’s out there why don’t the CBI and the Iraqi government just tell the Iraqi citizens….hey we are not going to use the American dollar anymore….that is it….null and void from this point onward only the Iraqi dinar….

Ahhh you can’t do that….you can’t do that….that is called cold turkey….to stop something at cold turkey is very detrimental….in a biological manner it would devastate the human system….in a financial manner…you have no idea the question you are asking….God Bless you….innocent sweet person….but to stop using the USD right now….and just kick into the Iraqi dinar….you just destroyed all the work they have been doing to become 1 to 1….and we are going to talk about that tonight and a little bit further…not too much.
 
I want you to know this….IMO there are about four billion of the 000’s out there….got that….is that important to you….what were we talking about last Monday and Tuesday….we don’t know their figures Family….but IMO I just gave you one….and NOT in my opinion but in their opinion….they told you very plainly this past week….we want to get down to at least one billion in our note count that is out there….you know all the currency that is underneath all the beds….is that interesting that the articles talked and used that same exact example….all honor and glory to God…..now I think and I feel they are being very successful in this approach….and we already talked about it and how they were going to do it last week….no need to get into it today.
 
Instead may I talk about Obeidi….as you know Obeidi is the Defense Minister….who unfortunately has a bad record….and if you remember in your notes….we told you last Monday that IOO boxes and boxes and boxes of criminal corruption study files were delivered to the GOI….it was kind of like being stuck on an island….and then the airplane goes by and he drops a parachute and it is a box of goodies….well the corruption in Iraq was stuck on an island….and no man is an island….and I know you want to get rid of Maliki….but when you ask that question….why haven’t they gotten rid of Maliki….once again I turn to you….you sweet….sweet innocent person….you don’t understand the ramifications of that question….and we will actually talk about the answer to that one tonight too.
 
This Obeidi….the Defense Minister….if you go back three weeks ago….we told you Family he is the next one to be replace by a technocrat….we even told you how many ministers Abadi needs to replace….remember about that…..it is in your notes…..so we would like you to know that the Immunity Law….when did they tell you about it….Thursday or Friday….they passed the Immunity Law….allow me to just roll my eyes ok….they have finally decided to tell you they have the Immunity Law….but like we’ve told you they have had it for years….all they did was just amend it….why….

They need to do some things with some of their ministers and Maliki and they are doing it….and we told you the Defense Minister was next….Obeidi is not delaying….he’s not affecting the Monetary Reform….that is a good thing isn’t it…..and the United States is certainly not going to lift his immunity….in fact the United States told Abadi….don’t open any other criminal files….don’t do anything with the Immunity Law…..why….you know why we got some people some smart people that you call technocrats that we want you to put in place….ok.
 
So when the boxes and boxes and boxes came….all these ministers….they have been talked to….knock…knock….knock….who is it….it is a box full of files of corruption and one of them is in your name….can we talk to you…..me no speak English….whatever…those kinds of things they are kind of private….and they will tell you about them as they want to….and we suggested to you that Obeidi is next….in fact Obeidi was not removed instantly when the corruption files were brought to him IMO…..because there is still a working need…..for the United States and Iraq with Iran….with the Iranian Popular Crowd….with Iranian militia forces.
 
So I want to tell you tonight something about the Defense Minister….and then when I do it…..Don961 if you would please release it on our forum…..Obeidi…..you see IMO Abadi cannot allow Obeidi’s friends, his friends from Iran….to do what they did in Fallujah….now you are a student aren’t you….yes you are a student…and you know very well what happened….and you know Abadi got frustrated and he said…..doggone it…all you Iranian militia get out of my country….get out of here….

Well no we are here to take over and we are here to take credit….Abadi said again…get out of here….but Obeidi allowed them to come in IMO…..by whatever means it was…..and they caused problems in Fallujah….and we just can’t have that….and I’m sorry Obeidi you were kept for a while as Defense Minister for a reason…..but IMO that reason has evaporated…..

Mosul militia was getting strong by feeding off of what they were doing in Iraq….and you were enjoying it and getting credit for it….from your buddies in Iran….it’s not cool….now Family remember when we told you we need Mosul in order to get everything else that we want to see right….remember when we told you about Qayyarah….is a place I told you….BOOM….a lot of people were killed….and a lot of ISIS…this and that….and we described it to you….remember that….last Monday….so what did you see the following day….nothing….what did you see on Wednesday….Wednesday and Thursday there were the articles….poor Randy….how do you spell that….Q what…but he found it God bless him.
 
So this thing with Obeidi is one of the things that the IMF with the US wants so badly….remove the corruption inside the GOI and these files are helping you with the Amnesty Law….and by doing that you are going to bring in some smart people in your government and we are going to move forward….while ISIS is being dealt with…..where….in Mosul…ok whatever….but I will admit…Mosul is not completely….it is like medium rare…and if you want a medium steak….well shoot I still see blood….I still see something I don’t want to see….so Mosul is going through its steps of being prepared…..prepared….you got that.
 
There is a gentleman on our forum by the name of bubby….who just said in chat….”hang them all and start with Maliki”…..once again….how ignorant of a statement is that when I just told you and gave you two good examples….you cannot get rid of him….yet…..but I am trying to point….SQUIRREL…..for you to look at something….the Defense Minister….as we told you and suggested last week is the one to go….at the end of this conference call we will tell you more….but Obeidi…..his time has also melted away.
 
Allow me to tell you there was a dead woman found under a bridge….this dead woman who you will read about very soon was an ISIS commander….I mean….ISIS doesn’t mind hiring anybody….women, children, mentally unstable, drug addicts….it doesn’t matter they recruit them all….but they are scared of being killed by women….and that is why the Kurdistan army recruited thousands of women to fight and it worked.  I want you to know you are going to read about this ISIS commander, a woman, with 25 of her goons……she was actually kidnapped but I will never tell you who kidnapped her….but she is gone.
 
So as Abadi deals with the GOI and the budget and all of these things for the Monetary Reform….the killing of ISIS and the preparation of Mosul is coming along very well.
 
Anyways this box of criminal charges and the Amnesty Law is knocking on many doors….how are you doing Zebari….you know Zebari….you and Obeidi and many other people….you can say whatever you want….but the proof is in the pudding….do you like vanilla or chocolate….and IMO Family….once they are done with this stuff they are doing right now with this law and these files….we are going to see the Monetary Reform speed up better…more clearly….what is going on right now is actually…it is kind of like a performance for the international world…..

It is a show for the international world….hear ye….hear ye….step right up….see the Muscle Man….see Mosul….see Iraq….Abadi with his muscles removing what you fear…..the international world and the investors they are being told….here in Iraq nobody is above the law…..so when you guys come in there is going to be stability and there is going to be security….but we also want you to know that nobody is above the law…..anymore….and that is beautiful.
 
Family may I also suggest to you IMO the HCL is done…and I haven’t changed from that stance right ok….but I have also not changed from the stance that the HCL is done but it is not implemented….but it is ready…the rider did trigger it off….and I am now comfortable to share with you IMO that the reason why the HCL was not shown to you or not talked about from within the budget IMO they diverted funds from the HCL oil funds to fight ISIS and pay the armies….in USD….because oil is sold in USD….but ISIS is becoming extinct.
 
Also we now have another new technocrat….way to go Abadi….give me 5 Abadi…..good job….here is another one to add to the list….it turns out that we now have, as you know, a new Oil Minister, al Luaibi, and I like this guy, I keep bragging about him….I’m thinking….I’m telling you this is a good technocrat….and Abadi is doing fantastic….he is bringing them in one at a time….it seems like one every week…..

This man….I said last week he is an upstanding cat….he’s a cool cat….you know what is interesting….we are copied and pasted…that is one thing….but when they use the same words that I’ve used to describe what they are doing and they are copying and pasting from us….that is funny….I see….I get the reports….I see what people are saying out there after our Monday call….but again all honor and glory to God….because if it is helping you out there that is great…and he is a cool cat….he is special….we don’t need the HCL anymore says al Luaibi….what….

What  do you mean we don’t need the HCL anymore….well we just need to implement it now….and basically he was hinting that yeah we are done using the HCL to fund the payments we were making to fight ISIS and that was cool…that was kosher…that was legal….that was done by the GOI…yep and the USA…yep…and now I am the new Oil Minister and I do not take any nonsense….the HCL implementation would be through the budget Family and the USA knows this….why….because the Peshmerga army was paid and ministers were paid through that HCL IMO.
 

Indeed Family we are looking for Abadi’s technocrats and I am going to give you a list of the things we are looking for in the month of September…these technocrats are extremely important for the continuation of the Monetary Reform.
 

We are looking for Abadi’s technocrats to be put in….look Abadi said to you, the international world, early this year….he said…I am going to fix things up in my government…but I am going to do it in phases….remember that word in the article….it was highlighted….I want you to know IMO, Abadi’s technocrat seeding….is right now in Phase 3….and there are four phases to this process….and by the way IMO Phase 4 is the dealing with the CBI and the internationalism of their currency…and that is why we say the moment this part…Phase 3 is done or as soon as you get Mosul….Phase 4 will kick into their currency and that is why you will see it very quickly IMO.
 
Once again, hence I see your postings and we respect them at KTFA…but I once again reiterate this is the reason you are not going to see anything before September or October.
 

The IMF also told Abadi you need to reduce your GOI ministers and he did….Family he went from 22 cabinet members to 12….and IMO he did this to reduce the cabinet…and he’s reduced the Parliament….and he’s sending all of these cabinet members names to be voted on….you see he is getting these ministers they are filling in…and I believe that next week you may see another minister…and another…and another….I hope you got those Phases in the right order….make no mistake KTFA Family….Abadi can and will get the reforms done….the Economic and the Financial Reforms…and if for some reason….I don’t know….Abadi should slip and fall on his head and forget about everything he is doing with us….well then look for the US to take Iraq into the  public eye of Iraq….do you understand that statement….I pray you do.
 
It is all coming together IOO in order to create order within Iraq…..when I presented to you last Monday that example of that 10 cent scenario rate accompanied with the 50k and 100k it was for the purpose to teach you and to show you that is how they paid their ministers, the employees, and the armies….today we showed you from where….from the HCL….that the new Oil Minister wants to implement now….because they are done using it….fascinating time that is framed isn’t it….all IMO of course.
 
Ten cents was an example to prove that the 50k and 100k notes are not a failure LOP….but a successful step in the Monetary Reform process….so if it is 1 to 1 as the IMF suggested for them to do back in December of 2015….then anything beyond ten cents is simply one large step for mankind of Iraq and for the world…..because I am of the school that they will come out at 1 to 1…and tonight my mission….my goal is to prove that to you.
 
The Kurdistan army….I call them the Peshmerga army….they have been paid by the US for many months now….and you have slowly become accustomed to learning and knowing about that.
 
Now the 2017 that I hope they are going to release in the month of September….I hope….I hope…and have it ready for the fiscal of October….I hope….I hope…that gets launched at their calendar year, their physical year on January 1st….I hope….I hope….this 2017 budget is going to take over the payments that the American dollar has been doing for them….what is the budget set at….I don’t know….but what did the IMF suggest to them back in December with the USD…1 to 1….so do you think that the Peshmerga army wants to continue to be paid with the same 1 to 1 with the USD or at ten cents with the IQD.
 
Iraq is looking for balance….would you write that down….”looking for balance…..in everything”….just remember that.



 

 
I know I caused confusion when I mentioned Belize last week when I mentioned Belize to the one person….I said Belize is a multi-currency policy nation with the USD at 1 to 1….why did I say that….wait a minute….Belize is a MCP….what do you mean….I thought they were 1 to 1 pegged with the USD….yeah that is what makes them an MCP….they use their currency and the USD….do you understand that Iraq is going to do the same thing….

They are going to remove the MCP of the other currencies they are using…..that we don’t want them to use….they won’t use the USD but they will be pegged to it just like Belize is…..I know that is a little complicated….but because they are pegged to the USD they are using the USD….oh Iraq has to stop using the USD in order for the Monetary Reform to continue…..be careful what you say….because we have been teaching you…..they need to stop using foreign currency now that they are about to come out with a budget….and if it comes out 1 to 1….you need to understand that was the whole plan from December.
 
2012 might have been at 10 cents, 20 cents, 30 cents, whatever….but now the IMF since December has made it very clear it is 1 to 1…plus….plus…all you read is 1 to 1 in those articles….every time an article comes out from the GOI or the CBI or some Financial Committee member it is always 1 to 1….lift the 000’s.
 
So IMO….we are now approaching the end of our 2 by 2 by 2….the first two weeks was the last two weeks of July….the next four weeks, the 2 by 2, was for the month of August….and I will tell you something….all honor and glory to God….everything that we said would happen….came about….well that is good because we are students….but I would like you to know something….as this 2 by 2 by 2 comes to an end….in about three more days at the end of this month of August….we walk into the month of September…and around the 9th of September I have been telling you for a about a month now….we’ve been telling you we want to hear something…no it’s not a date….no it’s not a rate….stop it.
 
So tonight I want to tell you….well we did say 2 by 2 by 2 plus one week didn’t we…..so that plus one week is what you are walking into without me….and you will hear….between now and the 9th of September….IMO….practically all of the technocrats….

You will see IMO….Abadi giving you a liberated Mosul with a flag in the center of it…..you see IMO….the beginning involvement….or disclosure I should say of the 2017 budget….you will see the electronic and digital steps starting….you are going to see and hear things much more clearly in the months of September…exactly as we have been telling you since July and August…

And I have not deviated from our study….I have not changed or amended anything….let’s see what happens between now and the 9th of September….because from the 9th to the 30th things will become solidified….much clearer in understanding…..you will be able to see visually that the things they have said….they are doing them….right before your eyes….almost miraculous things….that will lead to their budget….that will lead to their Monetary Reform.

Frank26:  I told you one hour….I got twenty minutes….1 to 1….I told you at the beginning of tonight’s call I was going to define that a little clearer….why 1 to 1….why are you of that school of thought Frank…..because they are using the USD right now….because they are making payments to the ministers and the military with the USD right now…..because inside of Iraq they made it very clear….we are going to avoid confusion with our Monetary Reform….do you understand the USD will do that….

Because Ernst and Young are right now watching them like a hawk and grading every step that they make…..they are going to go up to that A+ IMO….Ernst and Young are putting out figures on their GDP of Iraq….why….they are all good too by the way…..so 1 to 1…why….because the pegging is in an American currency…the USD….the Iraqi dinar is pegged only to the American dollar…..

You understand then 1 to 1…the way I see it from an economic sense…the Iraqi dinar is the same as one American dollar…and one American dollar is the same as one Iraqi dinar….that removes the MCP….they become one and they work together…and they move forward together…and the Iraqi dinar is not pegged to the Vietnamese dong….it is not pegged to the Iranian rial….it is not pegged to the Euro….it is pegged to the US dollar…
....





 

 

And the reasons for it is because of their oil production…but do you understand that….and let’s take this a step further in this type of understanding….you must also consider that many…many currencies are pegged to the USD….but only the USD is pegged to the Iraqi dinar….this is a relationship….it may not be a love romance….but it is intimate….

And another thing Mr. 1 to 1 Frank…what…what….your opinion….well Iraq made it…well Abadi…well Dr. Shabibi…well the CBI….well Allak made it very clear this year and last year too….hey we are not going to depeg from the USD….we don’t need no other stinking foreign currency….we don’t need no stinking badges….we don’t need no stinking Americans….we just want the stinking American dollar….you know the infidels stuff….you got it….all year…and it’s been helping because we are a Siamese twin now aren’t we….and as much as Iran wanted to be your Siamese twin they can’t keep up with the Jones’ can they….



We said last week that Iran is nowhere near as ready as Iraq is….they told us….we will not depeg from the USD….well you are 1 to 1 the moment you said that….well we aren’t going to explain that part of it to you….you don’t have to….the evidence is clear….any court of law would understand….you are using the USD to run your country based on a 1 to 1 peg with your currency….yeah….well we are not stupid….ok….well stop playing around and show the budget because it is going to show 1 to 1 isn’t it….I don’t know….stupid.
 
That is five reasons…actually six…would you like a seventh reason about my opinion regarding 1 to 1….ok here is another one….the seventh…the IMF suggested this 1 to 1 and then a float….what…you going to argue with the IMF Iraq….you haven’t all year as you paid your bills…this is interesting…I told you….clarity….you will understand better….you will see better….and you are not going to do it with me for the next two weeks…..because I don’t want to….

They are about to open the piñata of information or to empty the cornucopia of so much stuff and information….and you don’t need me….how about an eight reason….well the citizens are not going to turn in their 000’s at a loss….the citizens know darn well that their currency is 1 to 1 with the American dollar….do they have the confidence now to bring in their currency….sure….you mean they are doing it Frank….are they not telling anyone…are they going in…the minister going in….are they depositing…

It is working this part…this Phase…I would like to give you a ninth reason….I was going to give you ten but let’s just take it to nine…..I think this is the most powerful reason….you all know Jack Lew don’t you….sure….he was actually involved when they revalued the Kuwait dinar….what did the Kuwait dinar come out at when Jack Lew was done back in the ‘90’s…when President Clinton was made a hero with our budget and our deficit….what did it come out at…..

I know the rumors out there on the internet will say to you that when Kuwait came out they came out at $3.44…it was way too high and within a few days or a few weeks they brought it back down and they floated it and it went back up to the $3+ range they are at right now….no….well that is what everybody says on the internet….

Well it’s not true because Jack Lew was hired by Obama to come to the United States Treasury and do the same thing they had done in Kuwait but in Iraq….with a little improvement of course….and I’m here to tell you Kuwait….when they came out with their rate into the international world in 1999 it was 1 to 1 with the American dollar….TA-DA…..I’m not giving you number ten because it is not worth it.
 
They are using the USD and no other currency….they are not using any other currency….they are just using the USD and it’s mirror image now 1 to 1 with them…this is a relationship of 1 to 1….here is another one eleven…everything they are doing is based on the USD….and that is why they are pegged to it.
 
Today MSNBC which is a reputable news agency….this afternoon they came out and said Mosul has been liberated…and they gave a beautiful report about Mosul…..about how far advanced it has gotten…and that is nice….but I don’t see Abadi doing it….I don’t see Abadi announcing it….I don’t see Abadi with the flag at the center…..do you….so MSNBC…shut up…..because in all honesty you do not have the right to proclaim that….they are a sovereign country….let them do their own stuff…..but it does sell papers….it does sell media…..it does sell commercials doesn’t it.
 
I would like to try and tell you what I want you to see while I am gone….mainly the cabinet of Abadi….the technocrats….”Abadi with a Mandate to Choose His Cabinet, Need to Grant the Prime Minister Full Powers to Allow Him to Choose Candidates, Technocrats with the Vacant Spots, Especially the Interior and Defense Ministers”….well hush my mouth….well wonderful….you are kidding me….really…give Abadi full powers to do this to fill all this little technocrat empty seats….good for you GOI ya’ll are working together aren’t you….yes there is less and less of the bad guys.

 
“House of Representative al-Jubouri and Abadi are Putting Aside Their Differences to Walk Their Country into the Right Tract”….good…these are two powerful statements right there aren’t they….because arguments cause delays….and we talked about that genetic argument chromosome that Iraq has last week with you.
 
There is a paradigm shift occurring in Iraq in many fields…financial, government, military, security, stability, currency, citizens, banks….it is a paradigm shift that is bending time because they are at warp speed.
 

So from the 3rd to the 9th this is the start of you being able to see clearly now….and from the 9th to the 30th maybe much clearer the Monetary Reform steps.
 
We also want you to be aware during these time frames of the month of September we want to see Mosul….we want to see the budget in a much better light and I think we will….now this is not a date….this is an opinion of the ending of our 2 by 2 by 2 study that I said would need one more week that would take us up to the 9th or 10th….right about when I come back to you on the 11th.
 
The corruption files are so hot that I think they are keeping them private….and they are so hot they actually caused a fire in one of the buildings where they are stored…actually I think they were trying to get rid of the evidence.
 
Now let me give you some wonderful news….Don961 are you ready…they just appointed a new Defense Minister….TA-DA once again….yes we were talking that we wanted to see the new ministers here….well let me give you a head start….we now have a new Defense Minister….Obeidi’s out….see ya….wouldn’t want to be ya…..you shouldn’t have done what you did sir….in fact two weeks before Obeidi was confronted with  some papers….he went out and hired over 2,300 people that were his buddies, his family….that were all a bunch of bozos….he hired them….gave them all a job…

2,300 people are you kidding me….here is the assistant to the assistant to the assistant….well guess what 2,300 people….you are out of a job….because Obeidi was a knucklehead and we now have a new guy his name is Osman al-Ghanimifard….thank God we got another minister….thank God we got another technocrat….



Abadi is doing things that are putting a big smile on the IMF…that wants them to raise the value of their currency….this new Defense Minister was an Army Chief of Staff…he was the commander of the operations in the Euphrates….remember that….with the President’s General Staff….and he is now acting as the Defense Minister of Iraq….well congratulations Iraq, Abadi…Family as well….Abadi IMO needs three more….you will study and learn the rest when I am gone….yes we are looking for Abadi’s cabinet of technocrats…this is good to see the cabinet taking form.
 
While I am gone I want to see more of the WB…..I want to see more of the budget….I want to see more of these technocrats continually being put in at a rate of about one per week….I want to see Mosul liberated…..and I am hoping we have Mosul liberated around the 9th or at least the evidence that Abadi is ready to present it to you very quickly….and I want to see more on the electronic digital system the banks are going to be using.
 
I would like to share something with you that you don’t have…..in Mosul they are doing things that obviously with the big fat lady sitting in front of you that you can’t see….now she was positioned there on purpose….and yes Mosul is being used as a deterrent….put my hand right in front of your face so you can’t see anything…and there are times like the ISIS woman commander….we know you are going to see that so we share that with you….and right now I want to share something else with you that don’t have….that might be of interest to you in your study….and to take to God in prayer….

In Mosul they are now collecting the arms….guns…weapons from the Mosul citizens….they are collecting medium to heavy arms…they are letting them keep the light arms….this is Baghdad operations…and that is what it is called….they are going to the citizens and thanking them for helping out….you did good in fighting ISIS…and Family IMO the fat lady sits in front of you because the military turned its face…..look there are some citizens chasing ISIS…shouldn’t we go and stop them….no let’s go over here and see what we can do….

I told you this last part is ugly and this will be the closest I get to talking to you about it….citizens you did good but we don’t want any militia forces you hear….we got rid of the Iranians too for that matter….so citizens give me your medium to heavy arms…ok…and they are doing this….these forces are controlling the citizens and the citizens are cooperating….this action as I am describing it to you lends more security and stability to the international world that is watching and seeing this….and another thing with all due respect to give a ME citizen a weapon is simply idiotic…it’s an idiotic move…

These citizens are not disciplined…..they are not soldiers….they are too wild and they are uncontrollable….this has been their genetic DNA chromosome for over 2,000 years as we have recorded it and studied it…..but sometimes desperate times call for desperate measures…..Sir look what the citizens have….Sir look what they are doing….turn the other way….Yes Sir….but to see this Phase now that they will talk to you about soon while I am gone is good IMO….this is what you do at the end….isn’t it.
 
Can I give you another thing that you do at the end that you don’t have right now….while this Baghdad Operations is collecting these arms from the citizens….so they can chill and cool down and become citizens again…the other side of the fence….the military bulldozers are plowing many fields in Mosul right now…and they are removing ED’s in Mosul….I would like for you to know….these military bulldozers they are not ordinary….they are armored like tanks….what is this Phase again….well we talked about it…and I don’t like to talk about it….there is no doubt this is a second example….for a big operation to right now be removing the ED’s that are left behind….it is done at the end.
 
Family the food is cooked….Thanksgiving…you know….the food is cooked…so if you can give me a second I need to set the table….so that you can enjoy the morsels of Mosul.
 

Remember when we went through the operations of Fallujah….and we told you the Economic Reform would be born right after that….that is exactly what you are looking at with Mosul….it is the same mirror image…right now it is all disinformation….on purpose to protect the things that we certainly can’t tell you until we can tell you….we’ve shared a lot haven’t we….but the disinformation will continue….but remember what happened after Fallujah….Economic Reforms…and what is to happen after Mosul….Monetary Reforms….it is the same steps….but right now the information given to you out of Mosul is just way to contradictory and it causes you frustration.
 
I hope I am not being disrespectful but I do talk in a different way with my TEAMS….I am a Christian and I try my best to be a good one….but sometimes I like words…..I like the etymology of words….I speak German….I speak Spanish…the basic etymology came from those languages….so allow me to say this….it is not necessarily a word….but in the military it is….sort of like “Bob’s your uncle”….allow me to say IMO they are getting the minutia out of many places in Iraq….that have been a constant delay…..there is more clarity to come….and there is going to be more clarity about Mosul to come to you too.
 
As I start to end this, I want to tell you the auctions are doing the things we want them to do aren’t they….remember about a month ago when we gave you that formula….the auctions were coming out  on the average of all the banks somewhere about $3.5 million….about two weeks ago they went to an average of about $3 million…..well just a few days ago it went under $3 million per bank….it is just interesting that is all to watch it as a barometer maybe….I don’ t know.
 
Here this I can do very quickly and this will be the end of our conference call….I am going through my camera roll of the pictures that I do have and I want to show those who are watching on livestream….the Mosuleans are raising up against DAASH….yeah and now they are taking their weapons away from them….they are raising up against DAASH while we look the other way….it is not that they wanted revenge….they just wanted justice….so the media has also had to look the other way too….

You can’t see because the big fat lady sits in the way….but she has lost a little weight after tonight’s conference call…but she is still blocking the way….and I believe will do so until around the 9th when she will go on a serious diet…interesting isn’t it….what they tell you….and what we tell you…and that is the conflict…that is the problem….it is just misinformation about Mosul on purpose….to serve a purpose…and we are very careful what we tell you and when we can tell you…and tonight I think you have a clarity….a little bit more of an understanding.

“Airstrike in Mosul Kills ISIS Leader” and underneath the article it says the coalition aviation went after ISIS and launched an attack and thus were able to liberate Mosul…the city was an ISIS stronghold since June 2014…..yeah again…why are they doing this.
 
“The Potential of the Process for Liberation of the Mosul Scenario”…this is all just today…this is fourteen articles today on Mosul….why….because the 2 by 2 by 2’s are coming to an end.
 
“The Government Allocates $15 billion to House Displaced Citizens After the Liberation of Mosul”….how many times have you counted the word liberation by the way.
 
“The Two Prime Ministers and the MP’s Discuss the Liberation of Mosul”….there’s Abadi sitting there….do we tell them about Mosul yet….no not yet….I mean how many times have they said liberation in these articles today….they are preparing to tell you more IMO Family between today and the 9th IMO.
 
“Talabani, The Participation of the Popular Crowd and the Peshmerga Liberation of the Mosul Battle will be Resolved Quickly”….there’s a woman with her eyes popped wide open…uh-oh should I have not said that…..too late lady….I mean gosh I think that is seven liberation of Mosul articles.
 
“The PUK, Kurdistan Army says Participation of the Crowd and the Peshmerga in the Battle for Mosul will be Resolved very Quickly”……almost the same thing that lady was saying….remember what we talked about last Wednesday…that there are so many people who want to be champions of intel when they really should be silent….we could floor you with our study….but we are not champions of intel….we are not going to release something that has not been released yet….I mean we tell you things because we know they are about to be released…and then you see them like three or four days later.
 
“Mosul Liberation Leads to Social Collapse of Kurdistan Region”….I disagree with this article….but still look at that….Liberation Mosul….these words should not be so close together right now…..but someone is trying to tell you something Family aren’t they….IMO yes.
 
“Mosul Fight is Redrawing the Map of Northern Iraq”….and they have a picture of Iraq and they are showing how Mosul is redrawing….restructuring the map of northern Iraq….yeah….we told you it would be rewarded to the Kurds.
 
“The Battle of Mosul Ends DAASH Nearby”….in other words in the near proximal future ISIS will no longer be a problem for us here in Iraq….international world do you hear us….yeah we hear you….well then come on in….we will.
 
“Peshmerga Army Begins Digging Trenches Near Mosul”…..this is what you do at the end….in that third phase that I don’t like to talk about…what do you think those trenches are for….I told you I don’t like to talk about it….it is ugly.



 

 
We have a member on our forum by the name of Cleitus…very proud of you, you have been with us for quite a while….you’ve always been cordial and very respectful….I would like to read the post that this individual made today….they said “So what we are witnessing with Mosul and our election is…..can I use the word ironic….ironic….that is to say there is a cleaning process going on in Iraq to rid itself of corruption and to coincide with an election year that is full of corruption…and to see a nominee and the office that embodies the very thing we are fighting against in Iraq….I’m not quite sold on the timing of Mosul’s liberation….but I do know when it is revealed it will tell many of us how the elite are thinking….September indeed will be a very interesting month….all in my opinion he says….yeah I agree with you.
 
“Qayyarah Residents Breathe the Freedom of Salvation”….you know something Qayyarah I agree with you because Mosul is breathing the same air.
 
I have one final thing to tell you and we are done…..while we were on our call our TEAMS called me and told me that they are moving in on Mosul….they are closing in on Mosul….I told you it is literally hours…it is no longer weekly or daily studies….it is hourly.
 
So as I come to a close with this conference call I want you to know you are going to be reading articles that tell you they are closing in on Mosul…and I want you to know they are hitting ISIS and DAASH with air strikes….I mean it is raining hell on them….there is nowhere they can go.
 
You know what they did….you remember back in the days of Saddam when they lit the oilfields and they turned the whole sky black when they left Kuwait…remember those days….well ISIS decided to set two oil wells on fire….and of course it made it very black and made it difficult to be able to strike them from the air as they took cover under the blackness of the clouds….desperation comes in many forms….and you are about to witness it.
