Parliamentary Legal Committee majority agrees on the law of the mandate of the three presidencies

Now there is a little issue with this one, because there is a law in Iraq about the President of Iraq can only serve 2 sessions, not the President House of Rep's or the Prime Minister. That would be a Constitutional Amendment, and it would have to be on the ballet for a National Vote. And when does the National vote take place... how about 2014! Plus, the House of Representatives "CAN NOT" write a law, the laws are all made in the COUNCILS OF REPRESENTATIVES! and if it going to be written it will have to go in the papers to take affect!
and remember there is over 250 laws sitting in the House of Representatives waiting for a vote, you you tell me!!!!!

Said a member of the legal committee in the House of Representatives Muhsin al-Sadoun, the commission majority voted to approve a bill the mandate of the three presidencies.

He said: "The Committee held a meeting today and voted in the inside of the Committee on the draft law of the mandate of the three presidencies majority and which defines the mandate of any president of the three presidencies two sessions and can not be more than two."

He said he was sending the bill to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives for introducing it on the agenda of the Parliament and presented for adoption.
