[ltr] House of Representatives voted at the fourth meeting of the first legislative term for the fourth legislative year, which was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Osama Najafi, head of the House of Representatives and the presence of 192 deputies of the day Tuesday, 02/07/2013 and ended the first reading of the bill.

[ltr]At the beginning of the meeting initiated by any of the Holy Quran have been voted on a bill third amendment to the Law of the Central Agency for Standardization and Quality Control No. (54) of 1979, as amended and submitted by the committees, legal and financial economics and investment.

[ltr]After the Council ended the first reading of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on Economic and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of South Africa signed in Cape Town on 15/2/2012 and submitted by the Committees on Foreign Relations and the economy, investment and legal for the purpose of strengthening the ties of friendship between the two countries on the basis of equality and mutual interest and expand and deepen the prospects for economic and technical cooperation between them.

[ltr]The statement called on the House of Representatives to form a neutral committee of the House of Representatives to investigate and detect the targeted Turkmen within two months and speed up the enactment of a law to protect the Turkmen and restoring the balance of security in Salah grandparents and Kirkuk and the formation of battalions of police in Tuz Khurmatu and Kirkuk as well as the involvement of Turkmen in the discussions that take place between the provincial government and the federal government on the security situation, calling for an expanded security conference held to explain the process of targeting Turkmen.

[ltr]The President of the Council stressed the need to include the Committee's investigative report full details on the status of the city and the security situation.

[ltr]On the other hand followed by deputies a statement in which it condemned the Diyala to the risks to the province of terrorist acts years ago led to the fall of the thousands of martyrs and wounded and the destruction of infrastructure.

[ltr]Then the Council voted to form a parliamentary committee to investigate and look at the security situation and the issues that impede the stability of the province.

[ltr]On the other hand denounced the Commission of Youth and Sports in a statement that a statement by a group of security personnel Stadium Karbala attack on coach Karbala football Mohammed Abbas, which led to his death, pointing out that investigations were continuing in this matter based on the guidance of Prime Minister, pointing to the importance of an investigation fast and urgent by the competent authority and bring the accused to justice as well as the need for justice to the families of the victims.

[ltr]Kara also a number of MPs issued a statement on the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of the revolution that contributed to building a modern civil state after the revolution contributed to all the sons of the Iraqi people, demanding making on June 30 a national holiday.

[ltr]On the other hand after the Foreign Relations Committee, issued a statement congratulating the people of Iraq exit Iraq under Chapter VII as a major achievement restore the country to its leadership role, noting the contribution of the Commission in making contacts and dialogues through disappointments international conferences in order to exit the country under penalty of sanctions.
